Hi - I have severe back pain and spasms due to complex regional pain syndrome. I take Baclofen during the day and Zanaflex at night. The Baclofen isn't a "super" relaxer, but the Zanaflex does wonders for me! I can only take it at night because it knocks me out, but it's the first drug that has truly helped me in that area. For 2 years I only 2 hours of sleep a night, now I get at least 6. I hope this helps, please let me know if you need more information or just some moral support!
