hi. i have pains in my cheeks, neck, throat, etc when i have sinusitis. i have had head xrays that showed that my sinuses were blocked. my son is only three and when he was 2, he got pneumonia and bronchitis THREE TIMES in 5 months and my doc said he did NOT have sinus trouble so i went to a diff doc that sent him for a cat scan... his sinuses were between 80-100% blocked in ALL sinus tracts!!! i couldnt believe it! since having the meds to get rid of it, he has hardly been sick at all. i get migraine headaches, feel like a cant breathe through my nose but it isnt blocked, and i can feel fluid draining down my throat when i sleep that makes me cough my head off all night. thats now i know when they are infected.... my mom has it too and got xrays once that said her sinuses are clear... but other docs say it is classis CHRONIC SINUSITIS... hope that helped a bit!
