Hello, There is not treatment for "EDS" Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome thus far, but specifically for writting and I do alot, I would suggest you look into silver ring splints at http:www.silverringsplints.com I found these this last July at the EDS National Conference and they have done miraculas wonders for my thumb and pointer finger on my writting hand. They keep my fingers from hyperexteding back so that I can hold a pen or pencil properly. They cost about 57.00 each, but worth it. any question let me know. thanks, Rabecca
