hi, i'm 41 years old and i've had fibro for around 10 years. i suffered terribly, the fatique was so overwhelming and the pain was an ever constant part of my every day life. last february i went to my local GNC store and bought these wonderful multivitamins called "WOMENS ULTRA MEGA". i also started to take 1000 mgs. of vitamin C along with a walmart brand B COMPLEX vitamin. i also have been taking trazodone, a form of antideppresent most fibro patients take , which helps for sleep. but last february i started to take a low dose, 10 mgs. of flexeral, which is a muscle relaxer, at bedtime along with my traz. what a huge difference. it took around 3 months for me to really start the full effects of the vitamins. but, the combo of the traz with the flexeral worked right away. also, try to go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morn, even on the weekends. as son as you start to put the vitamins that your body lacks, and get the rest your muscles need. you should start to feel better, i hope. good luck to you, i do realize what you're going thru. believe me, i have been feeling (NORMAL) for around 8 months and i don't want to go back there again. feel free to email me if you wish if you have any further questions.
