I have spondylosis and spondylolosthesis . I wake up in the morning and can barely move during the damp winter months in southern California. I have to take a Vicodin to enable me to get started. My doctor keeps a close watch on my Vicodin. I can't take many of the anti-inflammatories. I take 800 mg Ibuprofen that helps. Warm weather w/o rain in the forecast and without dampness and I feel better.
