I have the same condition - have for 6 years now. I use Lacrisert opthamolic eye inserts (place in lower lid) manufactured by Merck & Co., Inc., which work great! They were low on their supply the last few months, but are supposed to have more by this month. Your doctor should know about this treatment. Best of luck!
