My husband has had this condition of the neck for 15 years. The pain is gone but he cannot turn his neck. It is fused. It rarely affects his lifestyle. I on the other hand have low back pain and just started seeing a chiropractor. I live on tylenol and only feel relief with pressure applied to that area- 20 to 30 lbs. of pressure seems to make it go away for a while. STOP PAIN works for a short time. good luck, boca
