I was diagnosed with NHL in April of 1999. Two lymphomas were removed from my large intestine. I had no follow-up treatment. In November, another tumor was found and I received the immune therapy drug, Rituxin, which caused me to go into remission for 25 months. Last December, another tumor was found and I completed another round of Rituxin in January, 2002. I was offered no other treatment than Rituxin so your statement regarding a successful treatment used in England is news to me. Especially since my oncologist said that eventually I will have no response to the Rituxin because NHL is terminal. I am in an unusual position because the epilepsy drug I have been taking for over 30 years has been found to be a cause of NHL as this drug is immune supressive! Please let me know about the new treatment. Good luck!
