OMG I do. Sometimes I can't even get to sleep at nights. I feel like I'm choking. And unable to bring it up to get rid of it. Just can't master that for some reason. I have had cronic sinus troubles for years. I suffer so much all the time. I get cronic infections all of the time. I use a sinus spray nightly. The one with the long green cap. And this helps some what. I have done salt water and just about everything I can. Yet ..get little or NO relief at all. I'm always open for anything that works.
