Cherry juice is an excellent choice. Doesn't always work for everyone...but does for MANY people. What is absolutely imperative is that you get the PURE cherry juice...Not a cherry juice cocktail....nothing except the pure juice. It is VERY bitter, so I would mix 1/2 parts juice to 1/2 part "distilled" water, with a little sweetner such as Splenda, or Stevia Plus....NOTHING with aspartame..i.e. Equal, Sweet & Low, etc. Start off with 3-6 glasses a day.
