I was 66 when I developed lung cancer two years ago. My left lung was completely removeed. I subsequently had radiation and chemo treatments. The chemo treatment, aside from the loss of a good deal of my hair, was not bad at all. I never lost my strength nor energy. My hair grew back fuller and thicker than ever. I would have no reservations on your part if I were you. Actually, the radiation was worse for me. The very best of luck!!!!!
