yeah, same here. I'm only 15, but this has been happening since about as long as i can remember, but sometimes it worsens and happens longer and more painfully than other times. just recently, it's been happening at night and it lasts for a about a half hour at most. then in the morning, there's a pain in my leg/back of knee that lasts a few days.
