Dear Karin, As for diet, I found that easting smaller, more frequent meals helped a lot. Even at swank restaurants, the waiter will routinely make up half a meal without complaint or drop a whole course (I avoid soups, since I don't really know what is in them, and I don't like surprises!) The other thing I do is eat those foods that have positive childhood memories attached to them. There is something about the old and familiar that makes digestion simply easier. Hope my experiences offer some little bit of help.
