I have had 5 cases of Menieres in my practice in the past 18 yrs. I do not pose to be a specialist in Menieres but all cases have responded very favorably to Conservative Chiropractic Management via Chiropractic Spinal Adjustments by the reduction and removal of the Vertebral Subluxation. Two of the cases came to my office "as a last resort" before going for the surgery.It would kind of make sense to at least try a non-invasive approach first before surgery.
