sorry to hear that. i have had menieres for 29 years. low sodium. no caffeine, no alcohol, no tobacco, no cigarette smoke. Low fat diet. Reduce stress, use relaxation and visualization techniques. you can live with menieres but it's an on going process with many peaks and a lot of valleys.It's different for everyone. If there is noise in the ears it helps to use a masking device a night by the bed such as air cleaner, fish tank, etc. good luck
