I had the vns surgery, and I came out worse than I was before the surgery. I would not recommend it to anyone. Everyone else I've spoke with that has had it feels the same way. After the surgery I was told that the spinning attacks would have subsided with time. I can't do half the things I used to do before the surgery. Trust me it's not worth it. That's my opinion, the decision is yours. Before I had the surgery, I researched it thourghly and though I knew everything. I was wrong. I've also had 5 months vestibular therapy, it helped a little but that's all. I wish I had it to do over and know what I know now. I wouldn't do it.
