Hi I have had fibromyalgia unbeknowst to me for most of my 80 years. The best results I have had have been with Ultram and Lorazepam (0.5g.) when going to bed for sleep. Sometimes during the night I have to repeat this cycle. Getting enough sleep that is restorative is very important to me. I avoid herbs and roots because they are unpredictable and dosage hard to predict. I feel they only work when you think they work. NO high impact exercise. Brisk walking seems to be the best but dont overdo it. When I was a child they(doctors) called it growing pains.!!The only relief I could get was in a bathtub full of very hot water as hot as I could stand. Now at least they have a name for it, fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) Try popular medication, not too much aspirin, for your arthritis
