I heard that people with gout have a deficiency of chromium. Chromium should be use frequently (3x daily) on empty stomach. Also diet with using carbohydrates meal only once daily helped some people. This means that all carbohydrates should be used in one meal (all together) and rest of the day you can eat veges/meat/soya/cheese/egs,etc. Drink plenty of good wuality of water. This helped to cure my friend.
