Scoliosis will normally stop getting much worse after 16 unless it is made worse by other illnesses like polio or ms or ucp. I have had 3 surgeries on my back because I had polio which excelled it. Don't mess with it you'll regret it. My curve had gotten to 113 degrees but it continues to get worse with age I'm 50.
