                        Although not quite as bad anymore, I also suffer from abdominal bloating. I found that NOT eating green vegts(leafy lettuces is OK) but peppers, celery etc. as well as cutting out all white wheat stuff like bread, pasta, potatoes (wheat carbs) has made all the difference!  Try this diet adjustment....it helped me.  good luck!
