                        I have had this same problem, so severe I've had to go to the doctor because I thought I might be having a heart attack!  But of course it was just backing up of waste.  I've tried the following with some success:  Eating high fiber cereal daily, drinking 2 liters or more of water throughout the day, walking 1 or 2 miles per day.  And in my liters of water, I add 1/4 cup George's Aloe Vera juice (tastes like water).  Also taking Magnesium citrate or chelate 250mg. 3 times a day keeps you regular.  Try some of these things - and relax.  Listen to meditation or relaxation tapes, they can really help calm your spirit.  Good luck, let me know what works, okay?
