I take an anti=depressant along with Baclofen, Neurontin and clonazepam at bedtime. I am able to sleep much better most of the time and I don't have as many muscle spasms. You may want to give it a try. I have been on so may different drugs for Lupus. I was on Methotrexate, Imuron-both Chemo drugs. Plaqunil, Prednisone, Piroxicam and Embrel injections is what I am on now. I still have not reached remission, but my MD keeps trying and he is hopeful that he will find the right combination of drugs to help me. I have been hit hard with Lupus.
