                        In answer to a PSA question... high PSA doesn't always meen prostate cancer  although, if high, a biopsy should be done. My PSA has ranged between 17 and 21 for manyyears and I do not have prostate cancer unless it is  so quiet and undetectable with biopsies that nothing should be done about it. My last biopsy was neg. although my PSA was 19. My urologist said that "if it were 50, I would absolutely have cancer." So get  a biopsy and several exams, finger  and technical and find out for sure.. George
