if your p s a reading went from 7 to 6 it is better than going from 6 to 7. in other words a drop is good, a rise may not be. 6 or 7 is higher than normal. mine has been as high as 12 and 13, and as a result my urologist did further tests to be on the safe side. all were negative. relax, there are many things that can give you a higher than normal reading besides cancer, but for your own peace of mind see a urologist.
