I have some of the same problems with my left ear and have been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. I have ringing in my ears, vertigo, nausea and sometimes I feel like I am being pulled to the ground. I use diazide daily plus valium when I get the spins. I don't know anything about TMJ but I can sympotize with you.
