My son takes medicine for ADD and doesn't ever complain of headaches. He is on Adderall, 10mg. on school days. This medicine, according to my doctor, has less side effects than Ritalin. My other son, who does not take ADD meds., does have terrible headaches and was diagnosed in 5th grade with migraines. He now take medication to prevent migraines and another medicine when he gets a migraine. Are you sure the headaches have to do with the ADD medication?
