My daughter had headaches when on Ritalin. We switched her to Adderall and it was better. It lasted longer, but we couldn't adust dosages to coincide with meal times, so she didn't eat. Dexadrine is about the only other choice. I hear very good results from taking over-the-counter Dexatrim, 1/4 tablet per 50 pounds of body weight.
