Hi, It is good to hear that you receive relief. I also have the same, olny I have L-3 & L-4 also. I have tried many injections with no relief. I hate to do PT. It is so time consuming & I have to take hrs. out of work as a med. asst. There is a procedure called an I-Dot they can do but BCBS does not pay for it anymore beause they consider it experimental. I hear many pt.'s got good relief from it without major surgery like a Laminectomy or Diskectomy. Ask you Dr. about that. I would love to hear about some one getting good result about it since I cann't. If you have a commercial ins. you should ask your Dr. about it. If you need more info let me know.
