I am having a weird episode that is very scary. I had it for the 4th time yesterday and went to Patient First who did not have a clue. Help if you have any suggestions(besides going to a real doctor) I am always lying down,asleep or just awakening when a wave of heat comes over my midsection. I feel faint,lightheaded ,like I may pass out. I feel like I may be dying. My life flashed before me.My ears ring and I feel like I'm going into an black hole or rather a sinking sensation.It prob. lasts for a few seconds then I feel nausea and /or diahrea. I am always very frightened at the end and can't go back to sleep. I want to immediately call someone and tell them about it and describe it so I can get to the bottom of it. I don't have high blood pressure,I'm not taking meds.,I don't know what in the world it is but I want it to stop. Twice in the last two weeks and maybe twice prior to that.(over a months time) Help!Thanks Wanda
