I think I am through menopause and the worst aspect has been the painful joints. Most joints affected and it means I can't walk or exercise and sleeping is difficult as the pain wakes me. So many books recommend a change in diet and GP suggests HRT. Can anyone give advice from experience?? Is anyone else feeling the same way??
