I have used HRT natural cream for two years with great results. We have a local compounding pharmacy. I had to do a saliva test which I personally mailed to ZRT Lab in Oregon. The results go to my pharmacy. It details the levels of the three estrogens in my body and allows the pharmacist to customize the formula for me. I also have a small amount of testosterone added to increase my libido. The cream is made from extracts of plants. (NO horse urine!) I apply a small measured amount onto any soft area of skin once per day. Since I have had a hysterectomy, I do not do the progesterone replacement. My ob-gyn doctor writes the prescription (basically just permission) for the pharmacy. I first did a baseline saliva test and now I do another one every six to twelve months. I hope this helps you!
