I sympathize with you with your joint pain.I too had severe back and shoulder pains after my hysterectomy. Thought that was the way I was supposed to feel. Someone got me a gift certificate to a local YWCA where I participated in Nautilaus machines then gradually added on light aerobics. I can't tell you how much this helped. You Can Do It -Hard to Get Started. Now I have added liquid antioxidants called OPC3 and am presently an aerobic instructor - so you see you can be pain free and much stronger.
