The Doctors did a lot of test but the last 3 stand out. First the Doc applied pressure on my knee. This is where the RSD started. Then I was put through a cold stress test, where censoers were attached to my toes and then my toes were place in a fridge. The test was conducted through a computer program, but I was told that RSD showed in both feet. The last test was a Lumbar Block. If it relieved the pain then they were certain it was RSD. If the pain stayed, then the Doctors would try something else. I went through 13 blockes, both Lumbar and Beir. Now neither one works, so I am on meds, that don't always work. I only suffered 1 year before I was diagnosed; I don't know how you have managed 3! You can email me directly, if I can be of any help.
