I've been dealing with Keratoconus for 4 years now. Most likely a lot longer. I have it bad in the left eye and mild in the right eye. I use the contact lens in the left eye and regular glasses for the right. I do not wear the contact much unless I'm driving on a trip or attending something special, because it is unconfortable and I have to use a lot of wetting solutions. It took a couple of years going to the eye doctors and specialist to find out why I couldn't correct my vision with glasses. But I keep hoping someone comes up with another way of correcting the problem other than contacts or transplant.
