hi. I saw your message on the healthlink forum, and it took me back several years when i was being told that my fibro was "all in my head". well, it isn't, and today i am almost pain free.I was officially diagnosed 7 yrs ago, but was told that i have prob'ly had it for at least 20 yrs. i am 55 yrs old(till thurs.) and had to stop working due to the pain, and chronic fatigue. i haven't worked(i'm a nurse) in almost a year, and probably won't go back. this is such a terrible disease, and most people either don't know anything about it, or don't want to hear about it. there is so much available on the net regarding information, treatment, and support. we are not alone!! send me an e-mail and let me know what's going on with you're fibro. i am interested, and have the time to chat. i'll wait to hear from you.
