Stick with it. You will have some good days and bad. Try doing light exercise to keep your muscles in shape and use hot or cold compresses on the sore spots. Which ever works best for you. I use a "Bed Buddy". It is a tube filled with rice that you heat in the microwave (for warmth) or put in the freezer (for cooling). Practice relaxing and find a special quiet place just for this purpose. It might be a chair in a faraway corner of the house while listening to soothing music or a nice spot in your backyard or in the park. This is a true illness. It is very hard finding a doctor to treat you properly, but once you do things will start getting better! Good Luck!
