Thank you. Please feel free to write to me. I am 52 and have been diagnosed with FMS, CFS, severe neuropathy in lower legs which is progressing to arms and hands, vitamin b-12 deficiency, migraines, etc. I cannot tolerate the heat so will be indoors much of the summer.
