Sorry for the delay. We've been out of town (one of the things we did was attend the International FMS conference in LA) and then of course I had to cope with the flare up that resulted from the trip. 'Good' pain vs bad pain. I just talked to another person who has Lupis and FMS. Have you read Dr. wallace's books 'making sense of Lupis and the other one making sense of FMS? Does a good job of explaining the different kind of pains. We are having really hot weather which I have a hard time handling. Thank god for air conditioners!!! What are you doing for the lupis other then drugs? Does message help? My neice has the mild version of lupis and I think she also has FMS. But will they listen to me---Haw! Take care. Hobbits
