Hi Barb.I found your message today, and even though you posted it some time ago,I'd like to help if I can. I am 63 yrs. old have had fibro. for many, many yrs.It is a terrible thing to have, however, it is possible to live with it...although noone is saying that it is easy.Be good to yourself, exercise if you can. I try to walk every day...2-3 miles or and hour, and some days 15 minutes. The pain makes me tired and cranky and even if you have an understanding husband and/or family/or friends, only those who have it really know how you feel.I had a knee replacement a year ago, and I'm very happy that is over. The required P.Therapy was extremely difficult to do, but I had to do it if I wanted full range of motion back.I also have psoriatic arthritis and arthritis in my spine.I have tried accupuncture, biofeedback, epidurals etc. None seemed to help at all, so I just do what I can, and thank God for all my blessings and ask for patience to carry on with fibro in my life.I am on ultram, paxil, doxepin, with vicodin for the really bad times.I am allergic to NSAIDs so I take tylenol some times instead. Please let me know how you are doing.BeeZee
