Is an elevated CRP an additional indicator of PMR, along with the higher sed rate?. I've always just been tested for the elevated sed rate. I also was told I'm somewhat on the young side for PMR, 58 when diagnosed, now 60, but all other diseases have been eliminated with blood test. Fatigue was never a recurring problem until my last prednisone reduction, now I fight it daily. I'm almost hoping on my next Dr. visit that my sed rate is elevated and that what I'm dealing with is PMR and not fibromyalgia, this is how my mind works when I'm depressed trying to deal with it all and find a place where there is some relief from pain, depression, and anxiety.
