Hi Ida, Thank you for your reply. My PMR symptoms seem to be worsening just a little bit more each day. I'm scheduled to get a blood test and then see my rheumatologist next week. Maybe, he'll have some answers. This increasing pain and fatigue seems to be coming on for no reason. I've been on the same 7.5 mg for months, now. I am discouraged, but you are right about trying to keep our spirits up. It could be worse! Your doc wants the Prednisone reduced, but did he say why? Does he say anything about your symptoms not being completely controlled? I never even heard of it, until I got diagnosed with it. By the way, I was on Vioxx until last week, but eliminating it seemed to make very little difference. I have been going down hill for about 4 weeks. I hope you start to feel better soon!
