Hi Shar- It's amazing how we can feel even the smallest taper of prednisone. Are you back on 15mg? I hope you are feeling better. I think this PMR is a long, slow road- but many people have worse. I missed my rheumatologist's appointment because of a big snowstorm. I will see him the end of April, so I don't know the results of all his blood tests. In the meantime, my internist stopped the 9/8mg taper and told me to go back on 9mg daily because my sedrate had shot up to 55. He still thinks I have Lyme's disease and I am still on two antibiotics, along with the other medicines. And so it goes. I have no swelling, but ache all over, especially my thighs. Won't it be wonderful to one day say we feel better? I'm sure the day will come. Hope you are improving and feeling better. Take care, Ida.
